What are cookies?
What cookies do we use and what information do they collect?
● Necessary cookies: these cookies are required to enable core functionality. Without these cookies, services you have asked for, like adding items to your shopping basket, cannot be provided. If you disable these cookies certain parts of the Keep App will not function for you, for example, adding items to your basket, proceeding to checkout.
● Analytics cookies: these cookies help us improve or optimise the experience we provide. They allow us to measure how visitors interact with Keep App and we use this information to improve the user experience and performance of Keep App.
These cookies are used to collect technical information such as the last visited Keep App, the number of pages visited, whether or not email communications are opened, which parts of our website or email communication are clicked on and the length of time between clicks.
For example, these cookies collect information about your interaction with services provided on the Keep App, and may be used on our Keep App to remember your preferences (such as your language preference), your interests and the presentation of the website (such as the font size). ● Advertising cookies (if applicable): we use these cookies to collect information about your browsing habits in order to make advertising more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advert as well as help measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. ● Social media cookies: These cookies are used when you share information using a social media sharing button or "like" button on our Keep App, when you use easy login functions of social media and platform providers, or when you engage with our content on or through a social site, such as Facebook or Twitter. How do you manage these technologies?
Expiry dates of cookies can vary depending on their purpose. We generally set the expiry date of cookies to a minimum, which in general varies between 12 to 24 months (depending on the cookie/tool). We keep information collected from cookies for a maximum of 12 months.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking on the cookie consent management tool in the Keep App. Keep’s cookie consent manager is a tool that allows you to modify settings related to non-necessary Cookies. It is not possible to modify settings related to Necessary Cookies. You can then adjust the available sliders to ‘On’ or ‘Off’, then clicking ‘Save’. You may need to refresh your page for your settings to take effect. These consent settings are stored in your browser’s local storage, and are never (as far as technology permits) transmitted to our servers and do not allow our servers to identify or track individual users.
